Description

Dexid-70 is a phosphate- and odor-free, new-generation, highly concentrated detergent sanitizer, designed for use in all classes of livestock, food industry and on food contact surfaces. Dexid-70 includes two different quaternary ammonium compounds that expand its effect to a wide range of bacteria, viruses and fungi that cause the major diseases in farm animals.

Indications

Dilute with water before use.

Cleaning of equipment:
1 L Dexid-70 per 200 litres of drinking water (0.5%).
Spray Dexid-70 at a dilution of 1:200 using a knapsack sprayer or pressure washer to all surfaces of equipment or soak small equipment. Leave for five minutes to remove organic matter or soil before washing away with clean water

Sanitation:
1 L Dexid-70 per 200 litres of drinking water (0.5%).
After cleaning follows sanitization. Spray 0.5% Dexid-70 on the clean surface to reduce the microorganisms by using an appropriate sprayer.

Manual cleaning:
1 L Dexid-70 per 100 - 200 litres of drinking water (0.5 to 1%).
Manually wash instruments or equipment with a long handled, soft plastic bristled brush and rinse with clean water.

Low pressure cleaning:
1 L Dexid-70 per 100 - 200 litres of drinking water (0.5 to 1%).
Use a low pressure washer to spray on surfaces 250 - 300 ml/m2.

High pressure cleaning:
1 L Dexid-70 per 100 - 200 litres of drinking water (0.5 to 1%).
Use a high pressure washer, clean all porous surfaces. After washing, thoroughly rinse all surfaces with clean water to remove any residues.

Contra indications

Causes severe skin burns and eye damage.
Do not breathe dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray.
Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.

If swallowed: rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting.
If on skin: Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Immediately rinse with water for several minutes.
If in eyes: Immediately rinse with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
If inhaled: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
Get emergency medical help immediately.

Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
Wash contaminated clothing before reuse
Store locked up.

Dispose of contents/container to a special hazardous waste collection point, in accordance with national and international regulation.
