Interalkaline Cleaner is a blend of non-ionic, surfactants, sodium hydroxide, chelating and sequestering agents.
Interalkaline Cleaner is a superior alkaline foaming and cleaning detergent. It is used as pre-wash detergent in animal farms, hatcheries and in food processing areas. It is designed to quickly remove organic soil and especially fats and greases. It can be used as a foam or spray for surfaces and equipment.
Dilute with water before use
Manual application:
1 L Interalkaline Cleaner per 50 - 100 litters of drinking water (1 - 2%). Apply on brush or use a low pressure washer to spray on surfaces at
500 - 600 ml/m2.
Immersion Cleaning:
1 L Interalkaline Cleaner per 50 - 100 litters of drinking water (1 - 2%). Equipment or parts to be cleaned must be fully submerged into the cleaning solution for 30 minutes, allowing the entire surface of the equipment to come in contact with the cleaning solution. The parts should be rinsed thoroughly with clean drinking water before reuse
Foaming:
1L Interalkaline Cleaner per 20 liters of drinking water (5%). Use a foam lance to apply foam on various surfaces. Rinse with clean drinking water 5 - 15 minutes of contact time, depending on the surface and dirt level.
Causes severe skin burns and eye damage.
Do not breathe dust/fumes/gas/mist/vapours/spray.
Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
If swallowed: Call a doctor if you feel unwell. Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting.
If on skin: Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with plenty of water and soap.
If inhaled: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do - continue rinsing.
Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid release to environment.
Waste must be disposed of in line with local regulations.
